Open pollinated Early variety - few outer leaves with good size hearts and a broad base . A reliable old favourite, Cabbage Greyhound produces early maturing
pointed hearts of excellent flavour. Compact plants with very few
wasted outer leaves.
Eaten raw or cooked, cabbages are an excellent source of Vitamin C. Try
to use all healthy outer leaves, as the darkest green leaves contain
the most nutrients.
